If you are interested in training with us, please contact us first. Though we love drop-ins, we will only take appointments. Our trainers are very busy from the time the get in until the time they leave. We need to put you in their schedule so they can spend the time you deserve with them one-on-one.

We definitely want you on our team! Please review our training programs and what we have to offer. If you find a program that peaks your interest, just fill out one of our convenient forms and we'll contact you as soon as possible to answer any questions you may have and schedule a time for you to come in, sit down with a coach and get started on your first day.

Your first day will give you the best experience at The Training Compound. We want you to know exactly what you are getting yourself into. We are not hardcore, we are not going to overwork you. We are just a serious place to train. What people don't realize is that we are the place most people contact if they have a specific goal. That's because we're a goal oriented training center. We strive to get people to their goals. That's what makes The Training Compound the unique place it is. That and the friendly, family feeling atmosphere.
